Bedroom #1-Downstairs Master featuring a King bed, ensuite master spa bathroom with a free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and private access to the back patio. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom #2- 2nd Upstairs Master featuring a King Bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and private access to upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and marsh. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom #3- Located upstairs and features two Twin trundle beds with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and spectacular views of the marsh. Sleeps 4.

Bedroom #4- Located upstairs featuring a Queen Bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and private access to upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and marsh.

Bathrooms:

Each bathroom features oversized spa plush bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, non-toxic cleansers, and a hairdryer.

Bathroom#1-Located in Master. Custom tile shower with a free-standing soaking tub and double vanity.

Bathroom #2- Located in the Upstairs Master. Custom tile, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Bathroom #3- Located in the Twin bedroom. Custom tile, single vanity, and walk-in shower.

Bathroom #4- Located in the Queen bedroom. Custom tile and walk-in shower. Fan runs 24 hours to prevent any moisture build-up.

Bathroom #5- Haf bath powder room located off the living room area.

Living Room:

The living room offers a 65" Smart TV, features cable, a cloud-like couch, reading materials, fun board games, and a gas fireplace to create a cozy at-home ambiance with an option with or without heat. Views of the pool, hot tub, and marsh can be enjoyed while lounging in any seat in this room!

Kitchen:

Offers a fully equipped chef's kitchen to make homemade meals with state-of-the-art WOLF appliances, pots/pans/kitchenware, and complimentary local organic coffee, teas, and spices.

Backyard:

Back patio with a fire pit to gather around on cooler nights, an outdoor (hot and cold water) rain-head shower, an outdoor grilling area, a private spa-like hot tub that seats 7, a heated pool, loungers, and an outdoor dining area.

Bikes:

4 Adult bikes are available at the home for use. Additional bikes can be rented.

Beach Equipment:

4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and 10 beach towels are available.

Additional beach equipment can be rented from the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Neighborhood:

To enter the SeaCar Passes: Sea Pines vehicles are required to purchase a gate entry pass upon arrival at Sea Pines. The passes are $9 per day/$20 per week and are subject to change by Sea Pines at any time. They only accept cash. Take your receipt to any Sea Pines Resort-owned restaurant for a discount on your bill.

Parking is allowed in the driveway ONLY. NO parking on the grass, roadside, or in the pine straw. Sea Pines actively enforces this and can fine for these violations.

Keyless and no contact self-check-in/check-out. You will receive check-in instructions 48 hours prior to your arrival and check-out instructions 48 hours prior to your departure.

Transit

The closest Airport is located on Hilton Head Island (HHH) on the North Side which is about a 25-minute drive away. The next closest Airport is located out of Savannah International (SAV). Both have car rentals available at the Airport.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
The booking Guest shall sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay within 24 hours of booking to be valid and reserved.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
We collect a $500 security deposit that is automatically released 5 days after your departure if no damages are collected.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ 2 Pet Max upon Request for $100 per pet/per stay ★

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the house; no cameras are on the interior. This home has a recording camera on the exterior facing the entrance door.

You will have the option to purchase our travel insurance or use your personal choice when booking directly.

Cancellation Policy:

Travelers who cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable credit card or processing fees. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, minus any credit card or processing fees. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be provided.
