How do I book a property?
You can book directly through our website to avoid third-party platform fees.
What is included in the rental?
All of our rentals include high-end fully furnished accommodations, high-speed internet, fresh linens, spa-plush towels, a starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies. Each property also has a fully equipped kitchen, beach equipment, beach towels, and MUCH more. Check out each of the listings for a full detail of exactly what is provided.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability but not guaranteed.
How do I check in to the property?
We offer a seamless check-in process with detailed instructions and keyless entry that will be sent to your email 72 hours prior to your set arrival date.
What if I have an issue during my stay?
Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay. Simply contact us via text or your booking platform messaging thread, and we’ll address your concerns promptly. No issue is too small.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Please check the individual listing or contact us to confirm if pets are allowed at your chosen rental. There is an associated pet fee for your furry friends. As of right now, properties do not allow cats and have a max of 2 pups.
Are there any additional fees?
Our rentals include a cleaning fee and may include additional fees for pool heating, pet accommodations, or extra services such as our concierge services (floral bouquets, charcuterie boards, fully-stocked fridge, etc), or early check-in or late check-out. All fees will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.
What amenities are available?
Our properties offer a range of amenities, including private or community pools, hot tubs, BBQ grills, beach gear, and tennis and pickleball courts. Specific amenities are listed in each property description. Please reach out if you would like further specifications.
How can I provide feedback about my stay?
We value your feedback and encourage you to leave a review on the booking platform and contact us directly with your comments and suggestions. Your input helps us to continually improve our services.
Are your vacation rentals ADA compliant?
Our homes are privately owned vacation rentals and are not classified as hotels. As such, they are not required to meet ADA hotel compliance standards. Accessibility features vary by property.
Do any homes have step free entry or ground level living?
Some properties may offer ground level entry, minimal steps, or first floor bedrooms. These features are described factually in each listing. Please contact us with specific needs so we can help identify suitable options.
Can I request accessibility accommodations?
Yes. While we cannot modify the physical structure of a home, we are happy to assist with booking support, additional information, or alternative arrangements where reasonable.
Is the booking system accessible?
Our booking platform is provided by third party software. If you experience any difficulty completing a reservation online, we encourage you to contact us directly and we will assist you promptly.
