Bedrooms: The bedrooms feature comfortable luxury-style bedding with pillow-toppers on every bed.

Bedroom #1-Downstairs Primary featuring a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to backyard patio through a sliding glass door.

Bedroom #2- 2nd Downstairs Bedroom featuring a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #3- Located upstairs and features a Queen bed.

Bedroom #4- Located upstairs with two XL Twin beds.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom features oversized spa plush bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, non-toxic cleansers, and a hairdryer.

Bathroom#1-Located in the Downstairs Primary King Bedroom. Custom curbless tile shower with an oversized rain head and double vanity.

Bathroom #2- Attached to the 2nd Downstairs Bedroom and off of the kitchen. Custom marble tile and fixtures

Bathroom #3- Located between the two Upstairs Bedrooms. Custom floor tiling with a bathtub/shower and double vanity.

Living Room: The living room offers a Samsung 65” “The Frame" Smart TV, YouTube TV for cable, Premium Spotify for music, a cloud-like couch, reading materials, fun board games, and an electric fireplace to create a cozy at-home ambiance with an option with or without heat.

Kitchen: Offers a fully equipped chef's kitchen to make homemade meals with state-of-the-art Samsung appliances, LeCreuset pots/pans/kitchenware, complimentary organic coffee, teas, spices, and Triple Reverse Osmosis filtered water off the sink.

Backyard: Large front and backyard. Over 1,200 sq ft of paved back patio with a fire pit to gather around on cooler nights, an outdoor (hot and cold water) rain-head shower, an outdoor grilling area, and plenty of room for kids and dogs to run and roam.

Beach Equipment: 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes are located at the house free of charge. Bike lock code is same as front door entry code. 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs.

Additional beach equipment can be rented from the Beach Club in Sea Pines.

Neighborhood:

To enter the Sea Pines: Vehicles are required to purchase a gate entry pass upon arrival at the gate (in the right lane). The passes are $9 per day/$20 per week and are subject to change by Sea Pines at any time. They only accept cash. Take your receipt to any Sea Pines Resort-owned restaurant for a discount on your bill.

Parking is allowed in the driveway ONLY. NO parking on the grass, roadside, or in the pine straw. Sea Pines actively enforces this and can fine for these violations.

Keyless and no contact self-check-in/check-out. You will receive check-in instructions 72 hours prior to your arrival and check-out instructions 72 hours prior to your departure.

Transit

The closest Airport is located on Hilton Head Island (HHH) on the North Side which is about a 25 minute drive away. The next closet Airport is located out of Savannah International (SAV). Both have car rentals available at the Airport.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
The booking Guest shall sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay within 24 hours of booking to be valid and reserved.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
We collect a $500 security deposit that is automatically released 5 days after your departure if no damages are collected.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ 2 Pet Max upon Request for $100 per pet/per stay ★

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the house; no cameras are on the interior. This home has a recording camera on the exterior facing the entrance door.

You will have the option to purchase our travel insurance or use your personal choice when booking directly.

Cancellation Policy:

Travelers who cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable credit card or processing fees. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued, minus any credit card or processing fees. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be provided.
